🚫Hunting of protected species (pygmy hippopotamus, chimpanzee, elephants) is prohibited. Poaching and the bushmeat trade are serious problems. Hunting is virtually impossible during the rainy season.

Preparation for the winter season. Active feeding.

The pack hunts large game such as deer to stock up on food before winter. Pups become full-fledged pack members.

Migration begins. Flocks head south.

Wolves become more coordinated in their hunting of large game.

Preparing for autumn. Birds begin searching for shelters and food reserves for winter.
