1. Pour 2 tbsp dried flowers with 500 ml boiling water.
2. Steep 15 minutes, strain.
3. Drink warm 2-3 times daily.
Elderberry Jam (Boiling)
Sweet jam with rich flavor
1. Wash berries and remove stems.
2. Mix with sugar (1:1), let sit 1 hour.
3. Cook for 20 minutes, jar.
Elderberry Syrup (Boiling and straining)
Syrup with immune-boosting effect
1. Press juice from berries.
2. Mix with sugar (1:1), cook until thickened.
3. Store refrigerated.
Elderflower Tea (Infusion)
Aromatic drink with mild calming effect
1. Brew 1 tbsp dried flowers in 250 ml boiling water.
2. Steep 10 minutes, strain.
3. Drink warm with honey if desired.
