1. Sort and wash berries.
2. Pour hot water, soak 10 minutes, then drain.
3. Add sugar, cook until thickened.

1. Wash berries and add water.
2. Add sugar, bring to boil, cook 15 minutes.
3. Cool and serve chilled.
Lahtova Rowan Tincture (Infusion)
