July: High activity. Chub actively hunts and feeds in warm waters.

Not aggressive. Chub is respected for its strength and cautiousness. Considered a “sport fish” in some regions.
Distinct large head and strong body. Inhabits clean running waters across Europe. Feeds on insects, small fish, berries.

1. Clean the fish, salt and pepper.
2. Stuff with onion and carrot.
3. Bake in foil for 40 min at 180°C (350°F).
