August: The meadow mushroom continues to appear in certain areas, especially in zones with moist soil, where it finds suitable conditions for growth.

Caution: may be conditionally edible or inedible depending on species. Commonly collected in Europe and Russia in summer and autumn. Traditionally used dried for winter dishes.
Grows in ring-shaped clusters in meadows and pastures. Has a sweet smell and pleasant taste.
Collect in grassy areas, meadows, and pastures Look for ring-shaped clusters called "fairy rings" Carefully cut at the base of the stem
Has a thin stem and light brown cap. Grows from spring to autumn in temperate climates.
Clean thoroughly from grass and soil. Can be dried for long-term storage. Not recommended without accurate identification.
Cap and stem: Drying, frying, boiling
Fried fairy ring mushroom (Frying)
Best to boil or soak dried mushrooms beforehand
1. Boil or soak dried mushrooms for 15 minutes.
2. Fry with onions and butter until tender.
